now getting Yaspal Sharma out of selection is not wise as India begins to learn their mistakes. Either fire all selectors or change selection process. Dont pick few to remove because they do not have political support like Sharad pawar.
I suppose yashpal might have question why Pragyan Ojha and rahul sharma were not given a chance as spinners before test in practice matches.
BCCI is also not letting Kapil Dev have anything to do with bowling.
Its not the technology. What is flawed is the interpretation of DRS results by humans that is inconsistent. Rules are clear that the benefit of the doubt ALWAYS goes to the batsman. Unfortunately that did not happen in the recent England tour and Indian batsmen took the brunt of it, Dravid in particular. If you refer a decision to DRS it is out of the umpires hands from that point. They should not be making any assumptions if DRS cannot make a clear case. This was not followed and BCCI has every right to debunk all such "technology".
Another silly question by BCCI after loosing , they belive in technology when it supports to indian otherwise they will reject all the technology, one day BCCI will say umpire will not be used in cricket

First of ALL Crciket and Bollywood MUST Be Banned in Interest of national welfare&progress since BOTH are anti-development and Totally USELESS and Time_wasting too.Yes, The Time-wasting Test Cricket, 3 Day Crciket,etc was invented by crooked British Colonizers, like inventing Mahatma gandhee, the british double agent and non-violence to make People of Colonies Lazy&Morrons&vegtables and POOR Forever. The ODI matches and T20 match provided thrilling Cricket Unlike the Monotonous and Time Wasting TEST CRICKET which has wsted Millions of man or woman hours of our country and MADE US POORER too and this wastage of millions of working hours has been happending for the past 50 years and MORE and that is why we indians are 50 years behind China which does NOT have this anti-national time-westing game of TEST CRICKET. What a shame that patriotic citizens and leaders have NOT BANNED such a time-wasting game as TEST CRICKET and NOT enacted the law which states that ONLY ODI or short versions oc criket macthes MUST be played ONLY During Week-ends or Holidays so that our country does NOT become another african poor nation sooner or later. ok i ask a direct question. rediff moderator can delete it if they want. how does pakistani public and aussie and english public feels about rise of cricket in india. about india winning WC, number one test ranking, IPL and big money for young indian players with milk tooth. while experience Aussie players are losing jobs and facing hell of politics. and Pakistani are receiving death threat and doing spot fixing. And england, well, the less said is better. the home of cricket yet to win a world cup. it not just embarrassing but humiliating.

mr.. please note successful cricket administrators in india (be it mr dalmia or pawar or srinivasans or ..) have never played cricket or played it competitively enough.. very few, you can list and count themm,they will not exceed single digit, who have played cricket and are managing it today.. these (playing and administering) are two different streams as far as india is concerned.. dont know why.. dont know if it is correct or wrong.. my point srinivasan is not the first non cricketer to be nominated to administrative position in cricket..
like Shastry and Gavaskar misleading us, DRS even with 95% accuracy is lot better than some decisions we have seen that went against India in recent Eng series.
indians brain likes numbers. there is no sport in the world that as much related to numbers as cricket. ckt has runs,wkts,centurys,overs etc all related to maths.because of this most of software engineers from ind love ckt. any body has other thoughts?please reply
