The question is not where AKARM should be. The focus should be what he is talking and does it make sense.
And surely it does make sense and put DHONI and COACH in poor light. It seems that there is no planning whatsoever and all players awaiting for the completion of this tour. Does not matter to them even if it is 0-3 in ODI series as well.
This team and mindset needs an overhauling otherwise we may end up seeing another parliament like body in years to come, no accountabiltiy, no responsbility.

Akram is 100% perfect. If Aron got a chance at least he may had experienced in English condition, after all these new comers are futures of India. In next England tour Zaheer may not be there but Aron should have gather some exp. And don't forget BCCI send Aron in place of Zaheer.

World class stars like Wasim Akram, do not have any nationality. Change yr mindset pls, This is sports.
I think Mr Dhoni must have been bribed by Mr Zaheer and Mr Ishant for not to play Varon. Since, If Varon had made an impact, these players may have lost the place. After all this a question of crores of Rupees, these players must have invested to get place in the team, even when they were unfit and out of form.

A true cricket fan would appreciate the opinions of Akram because they know he is a legend of the game and his opinion is based on wealth of experience. Only a turd would associate it with politics/nationalism etc.
well i must say what he says makes sense, there is absolute no reason why one would prefer a slow bowler like munaf patel over india's first potential 'rea'l fast bowler varun aaron..am sure he'll be played tmrrw with the series gone...and the best thing would be if he performs well, which will be a slap on the face of Dhoni and the management..
