First of all the first 20 20 was at Manchester and not Chester-Le-Street where the first one day was washed out. Nasser made the comment whilst he was comentating for the 20 20 at Manchester. Rediff from where do you get your info from ??????????????
Hussain is right & most who have played cricket at some level know that this term is used frequently to rebuke a poor fielder. It is another matter that the correspondents of Indian channels who made big issue are either chirpy women or fat man who have never ever touched a bat in their life.the others who made noise are unemployed past cricketers looking for a job as commentators if existing one are asked to leave.

Correct. Indians cannot pride ourselves with both fielding and English language skills. No wonder many matches were lost; Called "butler english" that we pass off as English is not without reason. Wren and Martin: RIP and please dont start turning in your graves!

If I am correct, When cook was made captpain of ODI team, Atherton said that Cook is donkey in the field and bocker at crease and he is not the right one for captaincy.

Typical Indian reaction. Given our very thin skins, we are unable to accept even healthy criticism. The level of physical fitness of our cricketers is abysmally low (the large numbers of injury prone heroes etc.)and it also shows in the fielding. Nasser Hussain is absolutely on the ball in being frank(something most Indians are not comfortable with)with his views. Our English media, BCCI officials etc, rather than exposing their ignorance with the expressions of English, would do well to get our cricketers to pull up their socks and perform. perform.

A player abusing his team mate is one thing my dear friend, and someone sitting in the commentary box uttering slang is another.

Dunno about Hussain but YOU sulk quite well. Remains to be seen how many decades will you sulk this series thrashing for. :-)
