Parthiv is good, but not good enough to replace Dhoni. Fools have been telling that he will replace Dhoni if given a chance, but it cannot be possible. Parthiv is still a kid. He can never come upto Dhoni's standards.

Don't judge him like that. He was among the top three bowlers in Ranji Trophy for two successive years. Just before the first ODI he did take 4 wickets against Licestershire County team which had very good batsmen in their side in a practice match.

hey ranji trophy is played in india with local player not aginst international players so it is not a matter we need to select best of best he is not best he is playing for opponent giving more and more runs

India hates all the umpires who give out. Already because of India, two umpires were sacked. If the umpires make mistakes with other countries, no one in ICC worries. So BCCI doesn't like UMPIRES AND DRS also.

That is how we have been doing for ever. You are not proposing something new. And the same Eng never preparing pitches for spinners. Still we managed to win some matches recently in Eng. This time these arrogant indian political players (Sach, Dhon...Raina) lost their concentration and did not play well except dravid.
No doubt Rahane and Tiwari are good but for winning the series we need deadly bowlers.3Vs (Vinay Kumar,Venktesh Prasad and Venkatapathy Raju).These bowlers are Sultan of Swing.After watchinv then Play the world will forget 2Ws(Wasim and Waqar).
