Indians are getting into habit of winning at home matches...no wonder worldcup belongs to them...but australia was a team who were winning 95 percent of matches all over including the world cups from the last 2 decades....indian team can be termed as World Champions on Indian Pitches

You were keeping Ashwin out of the team for the reasons known to yourself.

4th OD win belonged to the new young bowlers.

It may be good to keep out Sachin and Bhajji.

Sriikanth, when can we say Good Bye to you?
The nation is eagerly waiting.

Irfan's career ? Oh wow , this is heights of idiocacy

Irfan is unable to perform even at domestic level. On what grounds should he be given chance at international level

exactly. Irfan went down with GReg Chappal and never looks half the talent that he was. Ask him to come in and bowl fast - we will sure hire him again!!!

Only 1 needed for the black wash, that's right.

This England team is no.1 in tests? What a shame, they should be in 4th or 5th position in tests.

english heavily tailored pitches to their choice ...but then where is the so called celebrated english batting ? .... they had whitewashed india only on psychological grounds and their team aint that great as being hyped.

Great logic, Critic!
Because a team is doing poorly in ODIs, it should be downgraded in Tests!
You cannot be anything but an Indian Cricket Fan.

comeon..english had a brilliant bowling lineup for their conditions..they're missing anderson and broad there..2 key bowlers who troubled Indian batsmen..

Vinay Kumar turning point
by vengo on Oct 23, 2011 10:31 PM  | Hide replies

It was Vinay's wicket of TROTT and subsequently one good over to Bopara wherein he was beaten 4 times was the turning point. Only people who saw live can understand without commentators bias.

Truly amazing!

But over doze of one sided cricket matches, has considerably brought down the TRP of cricket. And in the stadium only 25% is the real public, rest all are free pass holders and policemen.

Perform on the pitches of their own country.

Nice to see India coming to winning every game (on their pitches) after being white washed in England.

Also, it seems that England team accepted to come after 1 month to play in India only for money and time pass. Their schedules India tour is in 2013.

This same team would have played better cricket than the one played in the tests in England if they had been given responsibility of playing test matches. Presence of seniors in the team usually makes youngsters nervous. We were happy with the performance of snail paced bowlers like Munaf & Co. Umesh and Varun would have bowled fire on English pitches. Sadly they were ignored.

totally agreed...
but
i think its good that umesh and varun didn't got chance in england coz if they got hammered in single match they might never got 2nd chance for many years...
and all humiliation needed coz bcci should learn bowlers r as imp. as batsman...
bcci always in search of another sachin in kohli, rohit sharma...
we hav strongest batting but what abt. bowling except zaheer did we hav any genuine fast bowler...
sachin is greatest bowler ever but all his efforts go in vain coz lack of quality bowling attack...
