He definitely has the potential to achieve the hieghts of Sachin, but it is premature to equal him to Sachin. May be he can be equal to Dravid in some sense. Sachin is a complete role model as such.
Its too early. Yes he's good player. But everyone starts like this. Then injuries take toll. They start playing differently after that fearing more damage. He's really good at the moment. During 20s Sachin used to take lot of aerial route. Now, he plys down the ground. Sachin is a fine batsman in my opinion. Indin team is very strong. They need to practice on more sporty wickets which match overseas condition, then you will see bright players coming up
V.Kohli, S.Raina and R.Ashwin ..if properly groomed, can be the next big thing for Indian cricket. They are all under 25, have good potential, and can lead indian cricket for 10 years.

if he score avg 5-8 centuries per year for next 10 year, he will easily reach 50 century in one day matches no doubt about it. he will be around 32 at that time

please note that 80 % of his runs.and almost all his centuries till yet have been in home/sub continent. He has struggled over seas.Check his records if any doubt. what a ridiculous comparison

Trendz, Virat has talent. Only exposure is needed. Even in ODIs played during the recent whitewashed series in England, he played well. Let them give him opportunity to play overseas. He will surely fare well as he grows up with experience. Please dont write him off!
I really dont understand what is the need to overact in the field while playing. If you have noticed Virat Kohli, he always overacts for silly reasons. Way to go Virat.

Rightly said. His fav word behanC... Situation when he uses them 1) When he gets out 2) when he gets a century 3) When he takes a catch/wicket 4) when his team mates takes a catch wicket 5) While watching his team mates hit fours from the dressing room
Infact, Virat is much better player than Sachin Tendulkar. He is an alround player who bats good, fields great, bowls cleverly and has good leadership potential.

Abe tum logon ko kuchh pataa hai ki nahin.Ek do match ke baad hi Sachin se compare karne lage ho.
Go and check sachin's record. Jitni tumahari age hai usase jyada to Cricket khela hai.
