Genius taking Genius

Match: One international somewhere in SA
Bowler: Allan Donald
Batsman: Sachin
Jonty's position: Point

Ball 2: Square hit by Sachin, diving stop by Jonty. Claps all over.
Ball 3: Similar shot with more power at a hand pick distance from Jonty. Jonty took off his hand & the ball to the boundary in a flash. Silence for a moment and then again ovation from everywhere.
What a moment. I wish I could remember the match details.

I can remember a match in which SA placed Jhonty, Gibbs etc in almost one line on offside and still Ganguly found gap in between them...and there was a 50 partnership bet: Sachin-Gangully

Pravash is right partially. India has won only 5 ODIs in SA (bilateral series)

2 in '92, 1 in 2001, this year 2

The same jonty cheated once against sachin,do you remeber that, and when has sachin become legend,he cant bat in pressure situation, made runs on easy flat deck on easy situations.opened in ODI to get advantage of field restrictions, does not open in test for fear of new ball, how can u call him a legend, wake up man.

Oh yeah, when he opens in ODI you say that its to take advantage of field restriction & when he does not open in test, you say he is afraid. The double standard reflects your poor standard of judgment.

But in the same Match or same series somewhere Jhonty took a blinder of catch of Sachin at point airbone. But when he landed on the ground the replays clearly showed the ball touching the ground. But Sachin has walked away towards the pavillion already & the umpires never bothered to refer 2 to the TV umpire. This is also a case with Jhonty.

Sir Bruno, Sohail has been speak1ng nonsense against Indians. Someone whose country's cricket has been in news for all bad reasons (Sohail from Pak) should not throw venom against other countries.......

bruno your anger is understandable as your country australia is now on a free fall in the rankings losing everywhere and to everyone. besides that indians are also better fielders than australians...

but bruno please dont take it to heart....
