Anil Kumble's stand is either too straightforward for a convoluted person like me to understand or it is too convoluted for a traight forward person like me. Either way, what is not clear is whether Tenvic (and by extension Anil Kumble) profits by the mentoring of junior players. If so, as in understand it, there is a possibility of conflict of interest. If not, is Tenvic a charitable organisation ? Of course it can be, there is no rule saying it can not be one. Anil Kumble has always come accross as a person of impeccable integrity, and one has nothing but honour for him. If there is actually any conflict of interest, one is sure he will step aside from one of the roles that he is fulfilling.
