India's disasterous tour of England is behind us. To be frank India could have won the ODI series if you take out weird English weather, bad calls and bad luck. Any way, we will crush them and bury them so that they will remember who is the king of all forms of cricket -- ODI, T20 and tests.

I know you are right, but did u hear Mr Gavaskar already saying on air that he needs to move the ball. All of them start fast and then something happens to them. Having said that Yadav looks pacy and could be a handful in Aus

dude thouh vinay kumar bowled well i feel they should field varun aaron umesh yadav n praveen kumar. Two r express fast bowlers n one can swing d ball in both directions so i guess fielding varun aaron would be a huge payoff dont understand y they r not fieldin aaron?

Great Work India
by Dhosa on Oct 14, 2011 11:21 PM  | Hide replies

Team looked lot better and wish team India all the very best for this series.

People who always questioned why India don't have any fast bowlers. Well, Yadav consistenly bowled in high 80s. The problem with India is the Fast Bowlers coaching. People like Binny, Prasad, Madanlal always raise the point that 'line and length' is more importat then pace. And we end up getting slow medium pacers with line and length, eg Munaf. The Mantra should be 'Line, Length and Pace' , eg Stein and Lee..

Hopefully Munaf and Harbhajan will not be seen in the national team for long time..

I agree with you Dhosa. We need bowlers who can bowl 140 kmph . Players like Dale Stein, Morne Morkel, Brett Lee, Lasith Malinga are a pride to their times. We must have bowlers like these.

i too agree with you guys.. zaheer was an exception he did had the pace, line nd length during his initial stages with the game, but tat slowly seems to be gone away.. grooming the youngsters at the age arnd 14 to 15 with mrf face foundation with bcci should be looking aound inorder to get a good pace attack in future,..
