I don't think that you should either be surprised or hurt for being dropped from the national team. Your record with the ball over the last 3 years would not get you a place even in teams playing gully cricket on the streets of India. I suggest that you go back to your basics and relearn certain spin bowling techniques like flight, loop, spin, turn, bounce, beating the batsmen in the air etc. which you have sadly forgotten.

Y should new guns in India get a chance to play for the country? I think Bhajji has done enough and has played well and if he wants his place back in the squad than he has to play out of his skin to get back in the squad.

Everyone who is watching cricket was suprised why you are in the team for years without performance. But yes, you played well in ICL! Infact we got suprised when u can take wickets. We dont want you create scene now but to focus on the game and work hard to find a place in the team and if you could not be consistent just take break, comeback / give more break.

I think he was missing another spinner like Kumble who has retired and with just him , he seems to have lot of load.

Well said, Harbhajan needs to go back to his basics and perform consistently in the domestic level. He should be only selected if his performance meets the requirements for the job. The signs are good ... he did play well in the CL20 XI. Hope he can keep it up to reclaim his place.

Nice joke Harbhajan.... All cricket fans are laughing at you after reading your statement.... Where were you in the last few months? Dont come and bark after winning useless CL, Go and look at your performance from jan 2011, if it continues, selectors will not pick you for ListA matches also......

Performance speaks for itself ..
by Arv Singh on Oct 12, 2011 08:49 PM  | Hide replies

Whatever garbage people throw, finally it is his performance that will count. Anybody who saw Harbhajan bowl in the finals of CLT20 XI should realize how effective he was as a bowler and as a team leader. It was a pleasure to watch him scalp Gayle, Kohli, and Vettori in his four overs. He needs to play like this more to reclaim his place in the team.

Dhoni, on the other hand failed as a leader in England tour and failed again with his "All Star" team CSK not even able to make to the semifinals. His performace as wicketkeeper was atrocious and India may be looking for a replacement wicketkeeper very soon.

So, Harbhajan made it "Big" but Dhoni failed to make it "different". Dhoni has one last chance to save his reputation against England at home. Without Zaheer, Yuvraj, Tendulakar, and Harbhajan, it is going to be a difficult task. He has six inexperienced bowlers in the team and from what I have seen, S Aravind, Vinay Kumar, and Varun Aron should not even be in the team. But who cares about performance .. right?

By the way, I loved watching Mallaya's face as MI bamboozled RCB in the finals. Who is having the last laugh ....

Dont compare other failuare with bhajji, and others in team, then why not bhajji in team?like Dhonis failuare compariasam,as no ballers performed under him,how can he win, just like last 2 series

Sachin is also complete failuare ,but still in india's team on last performances, tghis is very bad attitudes and habits cricketers have developed, hope india win coming series on indian flat pata wickets, all indians playeing for own records should be doors, their right place in the team?or kick out, even big names from mumbai?

Dear Arv Singh,

Dhoni was chosen as captain of the ICC world XI for ODIs this year. He can't be that bad or fighting for his place if he is chosen the captain of current world XI, can he ?

I am only talking about ODIs here.
