ICC has responsibility to inspect venues ,,see checks and balances are in place ,,if not it should raise with the relavent board ============================ CRICKET as a game is lucky that INDIA and indians support the GAME all clubs and all players from West Indies to England have benefitted with IPL imagine a six week period pays you so handsomely and above that Indian Fans adoring the game and players Indian hosiptality
