The problem with Dhoni that he is not encouraging his players. I saw a lot of time even if a bowler bowls a good length, he is not encouraging sometimes only clapping. See Gautam Gambhir, even if bowler goes for some runs he will have a pep talk with him. Please see KKR performances after he is taking over as Captain.
I also found Dhoni once he complete his innings say after 50 over he immediately walk to pavilion not waiting for his partner to join with him. These are small things will boost morale of the bowlers. He never talk to the bowlers in the middle of the overs, if a batasman scoring heavily on that particular over. I understand he is a keeper but he could not run to the bowler and go back to his position. It is difficult. He is a keeper he should give few tips to the bowler so that bowler should come up with new ideas.
I think it is better after England Series he should be given a rest so that either GG or Suresh should be advised to take the captain cap.
It is pity that TN players are missing all the golden oppurtunity.. vijay, badri, dk, mukund etc. all of them missed their chances.. They should undedrstand that they will get chances only until Chika is in the selection comitee. Scoring big hundred in irani trophy is not going to help him getting into the National side, he has to perform better in the int'l matches

It is not so.They were never given chances continuously like northern players ie.raina,yuvi,harbhajan,praveen,jadeja,kohli,ishant,etc. eg.Badri was selected in place of SRT but he was not given chance in Tests in WI where as kohli who is not at all a test material was played in all three tests even though he never scored double digit by DHONI. Vijay was dropped after three tests. Mukund was dropped after two tests in England & an unfit Gambhir was played & India lost the tests with Innings defeat. Even after good batting performance in England DInesh Karthik was dropped . But Parthiv is persisted for two innings/odi performance. Unless the Ba------d Dhoni who is cunning against TN players or the selectors give continuous chance for 10 tests/25 ODI s like the repeated chances given for northern players we can't blame them.

He does not have God fathers .One says he is not a wicket taking bowler and one says he is run saving bowler .So they use the srguments for the benifit of their favourites .Can you believe his name was not even mentioned in news -Times.I have earlier written he is losing out on quota system withSrikanth and srinivasan bent on giving TN players a seat in quota .The selection stincts. He was in ngland with out playing - he did well in county /some games .Mishra was persisted inspite of lack luster bowling .Our great commentators praised him for batting - Why is he in the team - to take wickets or bat .It seems such redicculous commetory when they say 8,9 , 10 and 11 can bat and expect them to save/ put up a decent score .Such is the state of affairs -every one sucks.
