NO ONE IS UNDISPENSIBLE

With due respects to Ganguly and also as an admirer of his captaincy and skills - I beg to differ on both the issues. Sachin may not be afraid or shivering when Shoab bowls , no bats men is comfortable against super fast bowling and bowling at the body .Shoab and Afridi are players at best ignored with poor reputation as credible people with good behaviour. Harbhajan has becom an expert in IPL and CL - period .In this games you always try to control run rate and you may get wickets becuase of unforced errors by batsmen . Indian team will not be able to win matches unless we are capable of taking twenty wickets - the scenario is forget twenty we will not even be able to take ten wickets against class batsmen . After the exit of the great four and then Anil Kumble we never had great spinners - even Harbhajan did well when he had Anil Kumble at the other end . The fututre is good only for IPL and CL and we should stop test cricket for a decade . So let all involved make money and forget sport.

let harbhajan do well in CL and that performance will should speak for his return.
NOT politics.

Let us see what Ganguly can do for Pune.

continued ..

ganguly wants Dhoni to take a break for Ozzie series.

ganguly, let dhoni decide transition time for rest, whom to transition, his therapy/re-training during rest and his return time from transition.

Better practice your batting against the short ball Harby. The Aussies are going to prepare green bouncy pitches and you won't be getting many balls pitching in your half. Harris, Johnson, Pattinson, Cummins and Siddle can bowl 145 kms plus so don't forget the protective gear.

Ganguly might be a good reader of the game, but saying that India will miss Harbhajan in Aus is incorrect.Sardaar is out of form from past 4-5 years and only resting on his past laurels. The selectors did the right thing by dropping the under performer.

I agree.he has done well in india in spinner friendly wickets. But he has developed "greentrackivitis" as matthew hayden termed it, some times. an example is when australia won in india,at nagpur. both ganguly and bhajji gave the match a miss.Bhajji makes excuses when the wickets do not suit him and just do not play.he has always been a bit of a loudmouth.earlier i used to think that the aussies are racists in targeting bhajji. but what they say about bhajji and sreesanth was proved right by them fighting between each other.they man has to learn a bit of respect.when he does well,he goes on boasting a bit.the other guy like him is sehwag.i remember in IPL2 semifinal, sehwag was asked about the toss.what he said was something to the tune of "how does it matter who wins the toss?we will win the game anyways"...along came gilly and smashed the DD in his ripe old age.Bhajji is still an asset for us.he should mind his manners and be a bit more focussed like dravid or sachin or dhoni and speak less and do more. And he should listen to the real sardar of india"bishen singh bedi" and act like one and bring laurels to our country like great sikhs of the past

Hayden is the new messiah or truth sayer now. Hope you realize it is somebodies opinion as opposed to the real reasons why they skipped or could not play the match. Going by aussie history and lineage, i wouldn't give much weightage to their rants. But suit yourself.
