In england and new zealand they make seam and swing friendly ones and in asian countries , it is mostly spin oriented pitches . each country tries to play on its strengths and especially when india's bowling attack is weak on pace side, we should look for our strength which is spin . There is nothing wrong in what Ashwin said. These new messiahs like gambhir have their own hidden agendas when they rebuke youngsters to demoralize them letting them not perform well.after all these rantings , I have not heard even a single word of or from our so called coach Simpson. What is he being paid for, being a puppet or a deaf, dumb and mute person? what is his contribution??? he should be the one if at all, to criticize such comments or performance and give guidance .

I don't know why u people say like this..whats wrong in gambhir's comment ??he just said the real thing..one can't expect to be friendly in all matches...and how can u say that gambhir should learn...he is one of the fabulous cricketer of mean time..his consistency shows it all..he is a match winner...so don't make silly comments about gambhir..he is a class act.......

you check it for yourself.... he doesnt need any certificate from you. His consistency in India and abroad is pretty close to dravid of 2005-06 and for gods sake dont forget his knock at WC final...

Since Tendulya has missed hos 100th century, he has asked the entire team to fold up and have a follow on so that he can score a century in the 2nd innings.

this is a very cheap comment on a legend. he has given up not out at 196 in earlier case. Records are just numbers india's victory is important , haven't u heard it from him. Before making any comment understand their value.Its not if u get a space to write .. u r free to write anything.
The preparation of the pitch is obvious to all eyes to help Sachin. Sachin is a great player who has scored plentiful in all possible pitches. The cricket zamindar's should encourage a player performing on merits than suiting things to support him. The nation should develop sportsmen of competitive spirit than spoon feeding type.

What a joker....Sunil Vaidya ...because he is there there is no pressure....the pressure used to build up after he got out! Incidentally why other players could not make easy runs (going by your silly logic)like him during easy conditions?

chintu they DO make runs only since they have played less matches and less years than sachin there TOTAL score is less than sachin's TOTAL score...
