If BCCI is fixing the pitches for a batsman to score his 100th Century. This is too bad. What ethics left in this game then?

I AGREE WITH YOU. INDIA IS NOT PLAYING CRICKET .INDIA IS MAKING RECORDS.THAT TOO INDIVIDUAL OR PERSONAL RECORDS.GIVE BHARAT RATNA EVEN WITHOUT THE 100TH CENTURY.

shall i tell the truth ?

I think sachin fans are doing a great dis-service to their idol..... over the years they have used disconcerting comparisons of sachin to lord vishnu... which was totally perversion of ones faith.

such extreme fan following had infact taken away the game from that man. Else he is a great reader of the ball. Lately he is getting out cheaply because something else is hanging on his mind more than cricket itself...and that is his fans, media hype of a 100th ton...what big deal ..it will come for sure ..but what is pathetic is media hype...i think its a deliberate conspiracy of some vested interests to delay his ton and make him look cheap.

So its time sachin has to take an aggressive approach and give it back to media, not to hassle him with questions regarding 100th ton. concentrate on game and forget his mad fans...and pile on runs

and to add ...he had lot of cricket...his body though fit is not suited anymore for prolonged and long slog...so there are many issues .....i think he should come 4th down...go down the order and test if it helps to reduce pressure of anticipation

I think they prepared such a wicket to help Sachin score 100th century on home ground (with all respect to the great batsman.

Sharma's assumption has a point definitely. But I am afraid that after 10 years, any player of Indian team might utter that the match result was pre-fixed.

Let us not too much bother about the milestone. Let sachin complete it whenever he can. He should continue playing as long as he can contribute to the team - Minimum half century in each inning he plays. All time great Don Bradman retired from Test cricket at average of 99.96

Or maybe they prepared such a wicket to give our bowlers a glimpse of what awaits in Australia?

absolutely... it is clear ...it will surely aid sachin ...but there is a flip side ...its his home ground... and a huge crowd will cheer and jeer at his every move ....can you think anyone can stand such pressure... under such constant focus even a silly ball can get you out
