When Dhoni, Dravid and Laxman made centuries for India, Sachin is celebrating his 22 Years International Cricket. BCCI should use its power and do some thing that Sachin should score 100th ton to announce his retirement.

Why, unnecessary, create hype in media, about a century? What is there in 100centuries? Sachin has done enough, and this mark of 100 s no landmark?
It has become a fashion to undermine Sachin's achievements.For all those bashers only one question what they have achieved in there respective fields? India has poor record of praising their Heros but ever ready to pull the legs of succesfull people. Sachin is a human first and as a human being he might have commited many mistakes but those should become the benchmark to his sporting achievements. Moreover cricket is a team game and it is the reponsibility of all the eleven players to win a match. I always think that a genius like should have been in tennis, then the blame of team failure could not have fallen on him. I bet all the bashers can not even handle the burden of 10 peoples expectations and Sachin is carrying such a burden of billion people for over two decades. The problem is these Sachin bashers does not like to learn at all, it is akin to "bhains ke aage been bajana".
TODAY DHONI SCORED 144 RUNS, NOW HE IS PRAISED BY PEOPLES... THEY FORGOT THAT THIS CENTURY CAME AFTER 31 TEST INNINGS AND 21 MONTHS... SACHIN TENDULKAR'S LAST CENTURY IN TEST IS AGAINST SOUTH AFRICA IN JAN-FEB 2011... SINCE THEN HE JUST PLAYED 6 TESTS AND 11 INNINGS (4 AGAINST ENGLAND AND 2 IN ONGOING SERIES)... STILL WE ARE EXPECTING CENTURY FROM EVERY INNING HE PLAY... I HAVE ONLY 1 QUESTION TO ALL SACHIN BASHERS, IF YOU ARE ASKING SACHIN TO RETIRE, LEAVE ALONE HIS BATTING SKILLS, CAN ANY OTHER PLAYER ABLE TO BEAR THIS PRESSURE WHICH IS SACHIN HANDLING FOR ALMOST 22YRS NOW ???

I dont think sachin feels the way you do as on many occasions he hjas saisd i dont worry about pressure even the former coaches have echoed that tendulkar simply shuts his woerld outside and listens to music. Its not that he is doin charity by playin he gets paid handsomely for it so even if faces pressure its because people love him and his game so its give and take one cant always have evrything their way i just hope he retires when he is performing go out in a way people remember him for what he represents else all the achievemnts will be looking overbearing if he is still around when he is joined by his son and his club mates being hungry is good but not greedy

Tim Tim ...When someoen does that shut the outside world and listens to music ..Thats when they r introspecting,focusing ..have u ever thougth abt it that way..?? besides u think Greg was mature enough to discuss matters with..?? Even australian players hated him..Stever waugh warned Saurav about him before Gnguly persisted on Greg for coach job..The same ganguly repented later on...

Everytime a WestIndian is given wrongly out .. in the 1st test at least 5 of their top batsman were given wrongly out.. and now in this already one.. which Ashwin got.. Any Comments ??

Media hype about Sachins 100the hundred never materialised Leave him alone Talk about VVS and wall who time and again proved their worth winning matches ,saving matches They are champions .Sachin is run machine thas about it Medias'obsession is baised and subjective .Talk about great players they have won matches for the country in difficult circumstances ,LAra against Australia with only tail enders ,Steves century adinst S.A in WC Gavaskars 97 on the crumbling pitch against Pak they are innings worth diamonds in weight . Sachin is great player making runs breaking records more an ornament ,but for the dicerning is not a champion .Thank god we still have Rahul and Laxman

hello santosh, analyis the records and comment. I give you the sachin's match winning inns. In 1996 world cup semi's India lost to srilanka after departure of sachin out the Indian team total 128 50% of the runs scored by Tendulkar. In 2003 chasing the total of 278 vs pakistan he scored 98 runs then other players complete the match and in Chennai test Chasing 328 vs pakistan, tendulkar scored painful knock of 136 but the tailender failed to complete the match.In 2008 World series cup finals Tendulkar scored a Hundred and 91 then only India won a cup after a long year. So, please go thru the statisic and split your comments.

Yes Mr. Guest, u r rite in one thing. Sachin has scored runs and after he gets out, the tail enders didnt do the job. But the thing is, all the other innings pointed out by Santosh, the batsmen stayed till the end and won mathches unlike Sachin who gets out and India stays on the loosing side. Tats the difference santosh is talking about. I was lucky enough to see the match where lara batted andw on the match for WI and on the other side was Walsh batting. Tats called batting and tats called genius

I am sorry Rajesh but you are wrong. There are numerous innings where Sachin has not only stayed put - he has finished the matches for India, the notable ones being Sharjah against Australia in 1998 one of the many he has performed. And would like to ask you one thing - how many players are there in the team? Just one? Is he only expected to play everytime? When India were chasing 271 and Sachin scored some 150 runs with a broken back and the last three idiots got out within 5 runs, is it his fault?
Be fair in your expectations. Take his name with respect. He is the best and shall remain for many years to come.

Well said, Sir. You have hit thenail on the head. It's nothing but media hype that perhaps will go on till Sachin gets his 100th century or till he calls it quits.
