Yes, Dhoni lead from the front . But remember the fact, he came in after 350 plus runs were on baord & the Wimdies were decimated by Gambhirrahul,VVS. In fact, the heading should have been, VVS leads from the front. he is a class par excellence, all hyderabadis are literally gaga elated with laxman - so unassuming, stupendous talent, phenomenal comntribution to Indian cricket & a plain simple guy. It is a shame that one of the greatest cricket venues of the world,Eden Gardens,can have such a ghastly pitch.Dhoni had put it rather mildly when he called it 'ugly'.It is much worse than ugly.If any thing, it can be compared with a paddy field.Instead of making a sporting pitch,year after year, CAB & BCCI are fooling the Indian cricket lovers by making such horribly slow pitches, where Indians can score thousands of runs & feel proud only to be anahilated totally when they go abroad.It is high time all the top bosses of CAB & BCCI are kicked out and some sensible people are brought in.

Rightly said..... Its my personal opinion only that people seem to be getting bored watching cricket played at home...... Could it be one of the reasons why crowds are rare to be seen in the recent matches??

1.Select best player who are fielding well 2.Collect at least Hundered players. 3.Now from this 100 players select 15 aggressive batsman and 15 fast bowlers 4.Select five strong players who are defensive and 5 spinners and 5 wicket keepers batsman 5Train them and select total 20 playersw in combination as under Aggressive Batsman 6 Fast Bowling 6 Defensive batting 3 Spinners 3 W.Keepr bat 3 Train them and select depend up on oneday or Test cricket.You will have good percentage of success
Training is not simply running only.Every Player should throw to the keeper or bowler close to the stumps or in the stumps.Slipfileders to given sharp halfvolley or catches to practice.All the players should throw flat to the keeper or bowler that can igive opportunidty to make runout.Pickup and throw in one action should be practiced.Fast bowlers should practice to bowl close3 to the stumps and not to give lolly pop.Running beween the wickets should be fast to convert one in to twos.If you are fielding batsman should be afgraid of taking second or first trun that must be sharp your fielding and throwing

these basics are known to school boys and ultimately its skills on feild that matter. India won the world cup recently under Dhoni.

kuldeepji, We were No.I test team for a very long period, we won one day world cup, 20-20 world cup all under Dhoni's captaincy.And still he is going strong.
Article like above shows PR firm hired by Dhoni is working overtime & rediff has got a nice share too. All hardwork done by Dravid & Laxman simply declared nothing -good ?

TODAY DHONI SCORED 144 RUNS, NOW HE IS PRAISED BY PEOPLES... THEY FORGOT THAT THIS CENTURY CAME AFTER 31 TEST INNINGS AND 21 MONTHS... SACHIN TENDULKAR'S LAST CENTURY IN TEST IS AGAINST SOUTH AFRICA IN JAN-FEB 2011... SINCE THEN HE JUST PLAYED 6 TESTS AND 11 INNINGS (4 AGAINST ENGLAND AND 2 IN ONGOING SERIES)... STILL WE ARE EXPECTING CENTURY FROM EVERY INNING HE PLAY...
