With Only 17 lbw's in 214 test innings, it shows that the game is meant to be played with bat and not pads. Present day players should learn from this.

How many fast bowlers who shined the ball rubbing on the front side of their trousers went on to become Vice Captains of their sides. Compare giving charts with those Spinners who rubbed it on their butts and went on to become captain of their countries.
