Rohit Sharma ? Seriously ?
Had it been 2009 , i would have agreed. But Rohit doesn't seem to have when it comes to ODI and Tests. He is a very talented batsman, but it seems like he is not meant for the national team
During India's England tour, when Ishant got injured, Wasim Akram made a very valid point. The grounds and pitches in Australia are the hardest in the world and if Ishant is postponing his ankle surgery so as to play in Australia he will not only aggravate the problem. But who cares...!!! Lets wait and see..
i really think that Ishant Sharma is a very good bowler who needs to be groomed properly and handled with care. there should be proper rotation system in place and bowlers like him should be allowed to play only test cricket and only important one day internationals. He has done really well for India in the last 1 year and will definitely do well in Australia where the fast and bouncy wickets really suits his hit the deck sort of bowling. with Zaheer also recovering well, India have 5 good fast bowlers in Zaheer, Ishant, Praveen, Umesh and Aaron to bank upon in australia.
