All my friend, please say me why there is no any pace ballers from Bengaluru? Why only talk about Varon, Umesh and Zaheer? What happen to Mithun, Vinay Kumara, and etc?
It is all because of that Srikantha dear friend. He always selects only chennai player because he came from Chennai.

Why this regional Bias in india I dont know...I feeel an indian where ever i Go within india...
There was a time when 7/8 karnataka players in the team when G Vishwanath...we (chennai) never Complained and never seen my friends complaining about that...

Maybe u belong to the very street and woudnt ever know about real class even if it is right in front of u.
He not take wicket in a heap like Steyn etc but has ability to strike at crucial juncture this guy. All his wickets for last few years have been very important ones. So quality speak in this guy not quantity. Steyn has both but we not have Steyn.

Rate him above steyn. He has far more variations and experience than steyn. Steyn cannot deliver in all conditions. He needs pace or reverse. He does not think a batsman out the way zaheer can.

I dont think Pakistan have any pacers nowdday , only Shoab used to bowl fast ..now Varun and Yadav both have touched 150 kmph , I dont think pakistan has any pacers now ..only u guys r going ga ga over a medium pacer like Junaid Khan ..hehe ..better mock ur pace attack

HAHA Yes. You are right. But ya I dont rate Zaheer also so high. If you heard the commentary yesterday abour Mitchel Johnson by Alan Border, He did mention that Johnson on some test exceptional, but almost every alternate Test his bowling become novice. I would also rate Zaheer like that. Just that India didnt find one alternate for him. That doesnt mean Zaheer becomes a world beater.
anyway Now no choice, we have to try these Varon. He seems good. but definitely needs to learn few tricks on some stock delivery. Else batsmen will read him early and then he will be out of contention.

You have a point. I think it is a question of attitude and the culture more than bouncy wickets. Sanjay manjrekar correctly pointed out that here we have a medium pace culture and bowlers are adviced to stick to a line and length more than pace and i think that is the real problem. However, it is pleasing to see yadav and aaron having pace and bowling quick. Hope that people don't adbice him to cut down on pace and be a fast spinner!
