Ashwin please shifts
by Basavaraja on Nov 10, 2011 10:51 AM  | Hide replies

Good Morning all lady and gentlemens. My name is Basavaraja from Bengaluru. How are you.

I please requested to Ashwin to shifts his place on Bengaluru. It was very long times since we saw headline in Time of India newspapers like "Bengaluru boy take 9 wicket".

Also because we Bengaluru not like chennai peoples because of high temperatures at our bottom behind. When will that Srikantha again select Rabin Uthapa. He not give any chances to our Manish Pundey also.

Srikantha is angry me.

Do you know Kumble is a leg spinner and not an off spinner?

I dint compare him becoz of LEG or OFF. Aswin is tall and thinking bowler like Kumble and the only diff is that Aswin turns the ball.

Kumble would have liked the world to believe that he is a leg spinner that was his dream delivery, he could only dream about

Dear mahesh,
harbhajan singh is 31yrs old,
kumble, warne and muralidharan all retired after 37-38yrs of age...
i think its too soon to advice him to retire...
ashwin is definitely good bowler but we can't judge him on basis of one test match and that also on spinner friendly track...
every player has bad patch, even mighty tendulkar struggle in 2006...
harbhajan is just going through bad patch...
ashwin and ojha bowl awesome in 1st test but remember harbhajan and jadeja are edge ahead of them with batting...
jadeja just scored 300 in ranji and harbhajan has 2 test centuries wid few 50's...
on west indies tour harbhajan bowl well, he just don't have wickets to show but what he can do when best slip fielder like dravid drop catches on his bowling...
he is the only bowler who trouble chanderpaul on west indies tour...
in england almost every bowler including ashwin struggle to take wicket (except pravin kumar), remember 1st test at lords,
harbhajan come to bowl and on very 1st ball he almost got trott on 8 runs but dravid drop simple catch and he goes on to make 77...
i know we have to think about future but it doesen't mean all seniors should retire,
i mean look at SL, after muralidharan retire they struggle to make apposition all out, when he was playing they hav youngsters like randiv, mendis, herath still they r struggling...
look at AUSSIES, after there big guns all retire at same time they are at no.4-5 in tests for atleast 2 yrs now...

You cannot compare harbhajan to the likes of Kumble, Warne and Murli.... Its like saying Praveen amre should not have retired at 31 because Donald Trump and Sachin Tendulkar palyed till they were in the 40s

yeah.. we saw his aggression while slapping srisanth and involve in monkey Gate controversy and bringing glory to India.
As a bowler he is repected. But when you use the words like sambar we can't just keep our mouth shut.
Know the responsibility while in a public forum. You can't just write anything as people don't know you...

Not to worry. Bajji would be recalled back. India has been known to drop people who got man of the match within next one or two matches? Given that Ashwin was never a choice bowler of the team (as could be seen from the raw deal he had in WC2011), he just needs one weak outing to be killed once and for all. See you seen Bajji!

really excited to see him playing in australian tour...
if harbhajan is dropped for australian tour Ricky Ponting will be the happiest man in australia, coz harbhajan is the only bowler who took pontings wicket 5 times on 1st ball of his spell in tests...

Harbhajan's legacy performance will not earn a place in the current squad. In the last week ranji match, he could not take single wicket and got duck (0) out on first ball. This break will help for harbhajan to rethink his strategy and prove it in local matches to earn the place, otherwise it is end of the road for him. No indian's like his attitude against the opponent and bullying them unnecessarily.

Ponting would be sad if Harbhajan is not in the team to Australia. Ponting and also the other Australian batsmen have sorted out Harbhajan. You just have to look at the stats regarding Ind-Aus matches in the recent past. Harbhajan could'nt even trouble Ponting - let alone taking his wicket.
