Windies tour doesn't have much money like the T20. Does it ? So some of the seniors may not be too keen as money is meagre. They dont give millions and millions of dollars and costly car to players for either playing or warming the benches in West Indies. They only give Jamaican Rum and fantastic Carribean music. It's a whole lot of FUN under the SUN, not money in Windies. They love fun and work hard and are an amazing fun loving nation - the windies. But we need all this, cheer girls and also millions of money and ads and all for us to even think of playing under different colored shirts each time...isn't it ?

Team India lead by Ajit Wadekar thrashed formidable WI team in 1971 when the Little Master Sunil Gawaskar made his debut and hammered record 774 runs in 4 matches. Don't forget this glorious history. Maybe you were not born even then and do not pass irresponsible comments without knowing history.
What we have been hearing all the time is giving chance to the youngsters in the selection of Indian team. Now, we criticize when they rest senior players and give chance to the new set of players to perform in West Indies. This is the best way to increase the bench strength of the Indian team. We have talented players waiting for a chance. At the same time, selection should be based on merit and on regional basis. Tour to West Indies is not going to the easy for any team. We will now support the team and wish them to do well.

Please let me know who is irfan pathan. What he had done in the recent season or past season. Please do check his name in retired list.
