The Verdict is simply the opposite for all most all the cases that goes to Supreme Court after state high court ... what actually does these reflect? Do we have inefficient judges in high courts or our supreme court judges are extra meritorious or "the higher they reach, the higher they are paid" ... Ajodhya verdict ... allahabad HC says lands divided ... SC said "Wrong decision, nobody claimed so no division ... stay order" ... land given to Gangully on 2000, HC said its ok and now SC says it not OK ... charles choveraj ... HC says he's a great sinner ... SC says nope, he's not & Set free !! This only happnes in India ... most of the decisions in the HC are reverted back in SC !!

oh, yes! all their decisions in last few yrs were..this one really rescues India!
If a doctor makes a mistake in the diagnosis, the patient, relatives and the society have to suffer mental tnesion, anxiety and unnecessary wastage of money. The patient may even lose his/her life. In such cases, doctors are ususally punished. Why does such a rule not apply to judges who are also dealing with the life and death of people?? When the ruling by a judge is overruled by the SC, the judge should be penalized and strict disciplinary action should be initiated. Only then can the law be equal for all. There should be no different standards for different professions.

That means that there should not be any higher court, only monitoring the judgement will serve the purpose.

How decision of kolkata high court is overruled by SC. when high court granted this, there definitely be some logical proof, high court has to take decision on neutral basis. but now SC is overrulling high court decision, means either high court or SC is right, both can't be right or both can't be wrong. So why the person judge will not be responsible for his wrong doing????why he will not be punished for his fault???? So whose fault it is-Ganguly/WB government/or high court/SC Judge???
No one is above law. But what astonishes me - the decision changes from court to court. If at all certain irregularities have been committed violating the procedure in regard to land allotment, as has been observed by the Hon`ble appext court, one wonders, how the same could not draw Hon`ble HC`s attention. Nice one, shruthi! Lucky he didnt say the defending advoate was a scehdule caste and had grudge against Ganguly. This is the mentality of certain people in India, which is the main reason for our backward attitude.
