stop this nonsense, Vijay has proved himself in Tests. One day u ppl say IPL should not be considered as benchmark and anotehr day u say that he is out of from with recent performances in IPL.
This was a good joke by selectors of indian team that india can make 2 teams.Now we have the news with only one person out of team viz gautam gambhir,why indian selectors are having tough time.I think its good news,atleast the back benchers have an opportunity.afterall some day india needs to replace the top batsman like laxman,sachin,dravid,zaheer who have individually won games for india.
Why Rahul Dravid? All senior players taken rest definately we require dravid who is have good experience in overseas matches.His guidance and contribution is very important in upcoming WI tour.We have to retain our no 1 position in world cricket based up on that we should select rahul.

Mukund is a very good player who has been neglected so long.In addition to Mukund I would like to see Ambati Rayudu also play for India.

Mukund was neglected in spite of Srikanth being there.Srikanth had to fight literally with Dhoni to make Ashwin play in spite of Ashwin proving his talent repeatedly.

Ha..Ha..Ha!!! Absolutely spot on!! Oh boy, this Srikant before he completes his tenure will make the Indian Cricket Team the Tamilnadu cricket team!!! Why his eyes are always closed for other talents and why he is so prompt in finding somebody from Madras to replace? He will give innumerable chances to the likes of vijay but Wasim Jaffar - one of the most classical and stylish opening batsman India has ever produced has been dumped forever. Now immaterial how many runs he scores he will never be considered because he has to fix these "favourites" in the team.
Even when he selected those 50 players for challanger tropy, he left so many deserving players.
Never thought that even a player like him will become a politician of this level!! shame!
