in australia & england people move at the right time so that youngsters in peak form get their chances. in india people hold on to their chairs, cricket is no exception. In india cricketers are more important than the game.
I think for the tests to be played in West Indies, we should drop Sachin, Rahul and VVS. They should be replaced by Maoj, Badri, Shikar, Ambati etc., we need to propel our second line as our old horses are more than 37. Even if we lose the series in WI, we should not bother because it is time for us to rebuild second string of players into the team and see how they perform. Why these players should be picked for WI because WI is not playing their best 11 and it is time for the selection committee to test these players. Also we should Harbajan and he should be replaced by either Rahul sharma or Ashwin for the test series.
These senior players will get enough rest and they may be available for series in England

Dropping Sachin, Laxman and Dravid together would be big risk, however we should rest one of them.
I think no one else deserves a test spot, more than Virat Kohli.

Yusuf Pathan is no where near his best..out of form..KKR needs more than luck to beat MI.Only GG is the saving grace..

Saurabh tiwari is an inch bigger in hitting than Manoj however in terms of consistency since last 2-3 years Manoj is best.
