The last ball sixer was a mistake by Balaji plus a good shot from Rayudu. However, the media, the public are not talking about the 12 lucky runs that Franklin got. Even the players are not talking abt this. The 3 edges/ mishits went behind the keeper/ fine thirdman and Franklin/MI got 12 runs.

Balaji always delivered for KKR/ Gambhir. There is nothing strange abt this decision. Pathan/ Kallis always bowl during the easier times.

Balaji is not a bowler @ all for me.. I would prefer playing with ten players rather than Playing him in the side..
The psychology we Hindus should learn from the whites is that never limit ourselves mentally about the possibilities!!If there was an Indian player in the situation needing 21 runs in the last 6 balls,I am sure the first thought which would have come to his mind will be "Its impossible"!!Hence the result would have followed in the same way!India/Hindus as we are gearing to be Super Power in the maknig should catch up all these small things, qhich will take us a long way!!

I totally disagree with you on this. A similar thing was done by Rohit Sharma in one of the previous IPLs and he is an Indian.

Boss, You forgot about Dhoni,an Indian to the core, hit 16 runs in last over while chasing in a do or die match against King's Xi Punjab in the last IPL. That too he hit 16 of the first three ball 4 6 6, yOU seem to be short on memory.

Guys,my only inference is that,Cricket is a mind game as much as anyother physical factor involoved in it!We have to accept that Indian Cricket has vastly improved and we have become world beaters only after our players started sharing dressing room with world's greatest players and started to learn their outlook, positive mindedness and the fearlessness with which they play!Even sledging alnd staring the at the batsmen have become common in our gameplan after the IPL!!But it normally remains that the mental outlook has not been upto the mak where we think everything is possible and we are somehow limiting ourselves sometimes in our mind!!As far as Hindus are concerned, dude whatever India achieves in any field whether it is games or politics or economy - it is only because of Hindus and it will be mainly Hindu accomplishments!!I dont think only Muslims or any other community can steer India towards Super power status or even have any significant impact unless 4/5th majority Hindu community drives it!!

Trader:
You seem to be on a completely wrong track....
It has nothing to do with James Franklin's nationality or skin colour. You forgot that James Franklin is a Buddhist, and THAT's why he ended up being the hero!!!! ;-)
I know there have been lot of sixes hit at Eden Gardens, Kol. But this six by Rayudu will exist in the memory of all those 80,000 spectators prest. The whole ground went into pin-drop silence after that six. What a shot it was. For Balaji this will be the most forgetable over bowled in his life by him.Gambhir was shattered. Sharukh was bitting his nails & all other KKR fans were scratching their heads. What a scene it was. I enjoyed the after scene rather than the match itself.

Kumar, your third line sentence should have rather read ... this will be the most UNFORGETTABLE over not forgetable as mentioned by you. One would wonder if Laxmipathy Balaji will ever forget this episode till he dies. This cricketing competition just goes to show that there shouldn't be even a hair line fracture.. and any room for complacency / error till the last ball is bowled. That's the beauty of this contest.

This dhoni is luckiest caption, see ydays result, even after mediocre match agnst RCB they are into first 2. hez been lucky for india, same continues with CSK..
He was included in 2007 world cup squad, we lost it. He was there with KKR for 3 yrs, they did it very bad. Now he is with Pune, and guess ! Pune has disappeared from IPL4.
