Tendulkar should stop being selfish and promote Pollard up the order. He scores best in tight situations. Given a little more time top settle, Pollard can do wonders.
As it is, Tendulkar scores at a pathetic rate which is too slow for T20 matches besides going for personal records.
Also, open the bowling with Malinga instead of Harbhajan. Last few matches could have been won but just bad captaincy.

Only selfish player among indian is d-h-obi who manipulates his batting position as per requirement to boost his average. If batting condition easy, he will promote himself, if its tough he will come last to bat.
