Bad luck KKR, rain of both variety--nature's and Gayle's done them in.Applying the D/L method meant for 50 overs game straight away to T20 matches is not a rational thing to do.The revised target for RCB should have been 127 and not 102 to put the rain affected match on equal footing.The calculations.First,KKR played 11 overs and made 69 w/o knowledge of rain affect.So,against 69, RCB should have made 69x20/13=106 in 11 overs,because RCB were aware of rain affect and shortening of the game.In the next 2 overs, KKR made 20 runs knowing about the rain and D/L method coming into play.Conditions are same here.So, RCB need to make 21 runs more.Adding both 106 21=127.Hence the correct target for RCB in 13 overs should have been 127.Of course, if more interruptions had been there then it would be more complicated.Better to award 1 point each.

I think you are insane and need immediate medical attention. KKR made 89 runs in 13 overs and YOU the GR8 philospher THINK RCB to make 127 Runs to win in same 13 Overs.
very unsporting behaviour of Gambhir for not allowing a runner for injured Saurabh Tiwary.
Too bad, when sure defeat was staring at him, gambhir thought he will still win and refused a runner, stupidity has its limits, gambhir is beyond that.

No it was justified. Saurabh tiwary carried the injury going into the match, so you must not expect to be provided a runner in this case. Gambhir is not at fault, it is RCB who took an injured player in the XI, expecting largesse.
it is not known why gambhir shies in using kallis more often as a bowler. kallis won a couple of matches for kkr by his bowling, specially the DD match when he was captaining kkr in absence of gauti.yesterday,kallis should have opened the bowling with lee in place of the novice unadkat who was so nervous to bowl to a rioting gayle.kallis with his experience and slower bowling speed would have got gayle out, and subsequently kkr could have won & qualified for the last 4.

.....yes, KKR are making some crucial mistakes.KKR losing both matches against the TUSKERS cost them dearly...but still they can make it....
I can smell now KKR won't make in top 4.. Good for SRK who can take a break and sit at his home and do marketing for his next movie Ra one.. who is nothing but a Paki lover.. Thanks BCCI not allowing him to buy paki players..

When hations play cricke it becomes a passion and we shred the differance among the cricketers representing the country even if they do not deserve to be in the team .We want them to do well. IPL has brought a new dimensions players have become in significant the hatread for the rich and may be some of the corrupt comes to the fore .They hate ShahRukh khan ,Ambani and Mallya etc and want the team to lose. As far as the cricket is concerned it has degenerated to simply hitting blindly and no one knows who scores or who does not .simple catches are dropped time and again a great advertisement to futureplayers.Pity is teams are selected based on this stupid form and not on Raji ,Dileep and Deodhar trophies .

But Ranji, or Dileep or Deodhor trophies are not playing T20s. IPL is all about hit or miss.. Nobody cares how classic player u are rather how u scores in lesser balls.. that is why this attracts more people and money into it. And, their owner most of them not ve a 1% knowledge on cricket nor they ve played in past cominng infront of cameras and do all nautankis.. And, worst part is ..people are giving them importance so as media..

shah rukh is not a paki, but sure he has soft corner for pakis. Then why else he was so upset for not allowing paki players in IPL, immediately after 26/11 happened.

Srikant, at his times, was fearless.. remeber he was the first Indian to Score 3 centuries.. even Gavaskar or Kapil didn't achieve in his times.

Attacking batsmen will not have great averages to boast for. Srikkanth was definitely NOT A BELOW AVERAGE batsman.
