Again like Osama Bin Laden case, either Pakistani team is too incompetent ( like ISI and Pak Military) of ais complicit with the fixers. Talking of IPL, pakistanis are the biggest betters. A former Pakistani cricketer has been arrested in Lahore - for his invlovement in betting syndicate. Fact is Pakistan is a miserable Test side at he moment . They are OK in 20-20 and ODIs but Test cricket requires lot of character, technique and temperamant which pakistani team lacks. On top of that there is infighting.
It seems future of west indies cricket shall depend heavily on Indian repatriates in that country. Indigeneous of West Indies are inclining heavily towards Basket ball.

They might be of Indian origin, however, in their interviews (ex: Chanderpaul, Sarwan etc) do not care of their Indian roots while playing for West Indies. Even Mnoty Panesar was surprised by the amount of interest Indian Media was showing on him.
They are second or third generation Indians, some of them might have never seen India before they toured as part of the cricket team.
Only few of them keep some connections with India.... nothing wrong with that....

u guys can fix anything. first u fooled the world that Osama is not in Pakistan, then u fooled that u are not supporting terrorists and now u guys are asking abt Indian matches after three cricketers of your country have been caught in England. First look inwards then look at India.
