A few years ago did anybody imagined that you white females will cheer up Indian crowd.. A few years from now may be Indians will COACH foreign teams. It's a possibility...
India is a melting pot of cultures.. it has room for everyone... We had tried Indian coaches, experience was not that sweet, everybody knows that... If Indian team is playing well under some foreign coach supervision, that is good i guess...

ok, do the same with Indian governance, india will become a much better place than what it is now..
India is fit to be ruled to by foreigners, because they are incompetent and keep fighting like d 0 g s among themselves.. Just like Indian Cricket.. entire India shud be handed over to some foreigner for better governance.

India is a land of many languages and cultures. You can't unite indian people for a common cause. So I think having a foreign coach is the only best option, see it had already produced high results for India.

so why not for Indian administration?? that is more important than any cricket...
Never played test cricket, advantage is white skin, which Indians still respect a lot.... Jimmy Amarnath is more brown, less respected, Lal Chand Rajput (I presume)is ebony black hence not good. Nothing is going to change, I understand, as far as best cricketers on earth like Sachin, Laxman, Dravid, Zaheer, Dhoni and Gourav are available for India in the dressing room. But still shame on you guys... the fat bottomed bosses of BCCIIIIIIIIIIII.

It's not only racism... there is more to hiring of foreign coaches. They are more analytical and up to date with technology. Jimmy Amarnath couldn't use a laptop when he was interviewed a few years ago. If you hire Indian coaches who were not successful players before then nobody will listen to them, and if they were successful players then they don't act as good coaches, instead just rest on their laurels as ex-players and don't get the job done. Sacking them is another issue - you can't do it without having making it a big media issue. In all regards, foreign coaches are easy to hire, maintain and fire
