Actually Sreesanth should retire and be India's coach. He can teach how not to behave in the ground and how millions can be won without even sweating the T shirt. And also how ones behaviour can get beting from one's own team mate
Kapil won't be a good coach !! becoz he's bit igoistic for that matter most of the indian former player's are igoistic though they had performed nothing at their regime !!

KAPIL IS AN EXCELLENT PLAYER BUT NOT A GOOD MOTIVATOR DUE TO HIS TEMPERAMENT. HE IL TREATED RAJU KULKARNI DURING THE TOUR OF AUSTRALIA INSTEAD OF ENCOURAGING HIM. HE HAD ALWAYS PREFERRED CHETAN SHARMA AHEAD OF MANOJ PRABHAKAR. FINALLY UNDER AZHAR'S CAPTAINCY PRABHAKAR GOT THE NOD AND PERFORMED WELL FOR INDIA AS AN OPENER AND GOOD ALROUNDER. DURING SACHIN'S CAPTAINCY, KAPIL WAS THE COACH, THERE WAS BIT OF ARGUMENT BETWEEN KAPIL AND SACHIN IN THE DRESSING PERTAINING TO A DECLARATION VS NEWZEALAND IN ONE TEST MATCH IN INDIA. AS FAR AS COACH IS CONCERNED , HE NEED TO SEE ALL PLAYERS EQUALLY RATHER BE PARTIAL.
He is the best player in retired group. also knows indian players and cricket well so Ganguly was ideal choice, he can help india wo win T20 cup and Champions trophy

GANGULY CAN'T BE COACH. HE WAS SUCCESSFUL AS A CAPTAIN ON FIELD. HIS TEMPERAMENT ALSO LACKS AS FAR AS COACHING IS CONCERNED. HE WILL GO MAD SITTING IN THE DRESSING ROOM IF HIS PLAYERS UNDERPEFORM.

Dada could never win India any big championship and never succeded in changing KKR fortunes, he may not be right choice as India coach.
