IPL policy (read act 3, section 2 sub section b) is to avoid same team to win successive editions and keeping that view either one or both of RCB and KKR are chosen to be the candidates for knockouts/finals if not champion this year. In line with this IPL act DC and RR (the past winners have been asked to take it easy even change pitches to facilitate this and they are law obiding on this). MI and CSK captains have fanatic fan following (deservingly or not) so their teams may be assisted to have multiple entries into knockouts & finals. Another code of practice for IPL tournament is that new ventures should not threaten existing ones straightaway as it might send a wrong signal that IPL T20 is just a lottery game (in reality T20 is a lottery). So PWI and KKT are supposed to be on probation in IPL4 and would get their chance to enter knockouts next year (something similar to governement employee seniority rules). DD is niether here nor there - but chose to be there rather than here.
Yes Bangalore may be win this IPL4. Coz Kohli, Gayle, Dilshan, AB in form. With Zaheer and Vettori that's a good bowling attach. Kaif fielding is much good.

CSK is the Best Team in all the IPL. They are the most consistent side. They will win this IPL
