I second your proposal. These are all gimmicks late in the evening - at the fag end of the tournament when nobody is interested in noticing them, anymore in IPL-2011. DRAMA!
It is true the team is performing much below its potential.The team on paper at least looks very talented side and very dangerous side with attacking batters like Gili,Valthaty,Marsh,D/kartik etc. but except for Marsh and Valthaty others have not fired at all.Davis Hussy looks a pale shadow of himself.Same with bowling, especially the India capped players whose performance have been below par.Whatever it is, there is nothing more to lose now and they should go out and do their best.

Gilly's career is almost over. He should also take a decision on the lines of Shane Warne! If you play 1 in 10 innings, you genuinely don't deserve praise. You have to buckle up and motivate (being a cricketer yourself) rather than a bollywood heroine motivating the youngsters. Lead from the front like Dhoni, Kapildev, did.

Gilly was the one who turned around the fortunes of DC in IPL2.He is a peerless captain.He has the weakest team at his disposal in IPL. He was the one who promoted valthaty up the order. He also discovered Rohit Sharma,the bowler. Even Rahul Sharma,who plays for PWI is his find in a sense. He has managed to keep preity out of the scene till now.As for his leading the team from front, he's done that many times.As for Dhoni,he has a team that has the blessings of BCCI and has retained all players.Regarding retirement, Gilly decided to call it quits after 96 tests where as he could have continued playing for another 20 tests more. So he knows when to retire. He will turn things around in IPL5.
she is not a professional, she is just a dancer and artiste who repeats what is told to her by her director..... what speech can she gv so special to these professional so that they got inspired ..... it is all funny.....

dont see her only as a actor.... she is also an entrepreneur/ businesswoman.... This means she is beauty with brains.....where most of the Bolly actress are dumb... :)
