Why not this Irfan Pathan is in Indian side ? He is one the the best all rounder as well as good seamer. He suppose to be replce Y.Pathan. Dont you thik so. Or definetly guys who are sitting on top as a selector they sold out instead of players...

Irfan is a failed cricketer.. He forgot bowling long ago. He thought he can survive by positioning as batsman and allrounder . He is a miserable failure all round. There are plenty of talented cricketers all over the country. Irfan can try his luck in Bollywood.

Are you out of your mind ? He went for 1.9 million dollars and his performance has been absolutely crap. He should be happy earning so much money even after repeated failures.

the author seems to b biased on yousuf, agreed we havent seen the best of him yet but one must remember he comes down the order and has a specific role in the team, one who contributes effectively with bowling and breaks partnership, i dont agree with the writer that " it is safe to critical about yousuf"

I agree. Yusuf is still a better bet when it comes to Twenty20 or ODI. Irfan got his share of cahnces but didn't click. When you have players sitting on the bench, you need to grab the opportunities that come you way but Irfan didn't do that. Take the example of Virat Kohli and Raina, they are in the team because they play when it really matters.
The player who deserves a place in Indian team on merit alone is Rayudu. He has consistently scored not only this season but in previous seasons as well.
Inspite of being one of the most talented youngsters, he saw his career hitting a dead end. IPL has given him a new lease of life. He know what failure means. This is the time to include him in the national team.

I agree with you. He has not only played consistently this IPL, was a success with the last one.Not to forget he was a succes in ICL too.
He deserves a chance and I hope he will prove himself.
Someone, who was tagged the next Tendulkar when he was a teenager, was dealt in the wrong way which impacted his career.
If players like Ojha, Jadeja, Yousuf Pathan, Piyush Chawla (his comeback) have got a place in the Indian team thanks to their IPL and 20-20 performance, Rayudu also deserves a break.
He should be played in the batting position which is known for and not make him open (how Rohit Sharma's form took a plunge) and give hime enough chances (like how they gave a few other players).

regarding rayudu, i can say he is only fit for IPL, i dont see him perfoming on the international level, he lacks in technique and class required to make it for international level,

Your assessment of Rayudu is wrong. I think he is ready to play for India on any format. He can take over from Rahul Dravid and come one down in Test as well as ODIs.

we will all see how he fails in international level if selected, just think about player like rohit sharma doesnt have a place in india intl, wonder how rayudu will find one, nevertheless it is good to see some competition lined up for intl level, thanx to IPL

Rohit Sharma close to 40 ODIs and was not consistent. Rayudu has not played a single ODI and he was billed as the next big talent when he was playing under 19. He was sidelined by politics because of his spat with Arjun Yadav, son of Shivlal Yadav in Hyderabad team.

Nobody cares what you say or think. The selectors will select him for the next West Indies tour based on his performances.
