Shane Warne lead RR to victory though no one expected it to happen and it was a ragatg team. Many of the players from his team went to play well for their countries and even aussies in his feel much better after playing under him. He doesnt indulge in politics like other players, that is his greatest talent.

why do you want sachin to listen .... warne has already retired from test and ODI.... same like GILCHRIST, SYMONDS, HAYDEN, etc... and you know GILCHRIST and SYMONDS are still playing IPL.... so dont compare shane warne and sachin tendulkar

@billu: Did you father thought of retiring when he single handely carried the burden of your family...or Did you father thought of retiring when he was still slogging hard but your contribution to the family was nil eventhough you were capable enough...Do you feel proud of your father for what he has done all through his life to carry your sorry A@ss...My freind if you have all the right answer to above question, than you know when is the right time for sachin to quit....
