Manish Pandey..

wastes lots of deliveries initially, thereby increasing the pressure on other batsmen and the required runrate. This for me is the single most important reason along with the poor wicket keeping by Uthappa. This is just my observation.

Please dont jump into conclusions based on these useless matches. This is not a test of calibre for players like Yuvi and Viru. Doesnt matter even they lose here. Yuvi has got ability to lead the team. So as Viru. No doubt about it. These useless matches are not benchmark.

yes it is ng. If yuvraj had captained well, then we needed a national level peformance as well. But when you are failing at club level, then questions need to be asked.

What were they doing?

I saw Manish Pandey trying hard to hit the ball ... but the ball never ever crossed the 60 yards circle... Same with Abhishek Jhunjhunwala ..these two guys are not even fit for modern day tests.. Apart from lacking performance.. they surely lack the charisma and confidence...

Kohli has better temperament to be captain compare to Sehwag, yuvraj and gambhir.

Yes. Kohli is future captain of India. Gambhir is also not bad but Sehwag and Yuvraj don't have leadership qualities.

This Club match cannot be a benchmark to decide on any player. This is just foolish.

A player leadership qualities can be judged even on a gully-cricket match.
