These club level teams have some international superstars and one legendry player which make this clash as exciting as an international match.
On paper RR is the weakest team in all IPLs, but Warne has the ability to get 200% out of average players. This is one of the reason for all the success they had as of now.
Chennai on the other hand, Dhoni is a good captain and bit lucky too. He has the ability to get 100% out of all players, but on paper chennai is damn good team. They have 2 weak bowlers (Albie is useful but expensive, but must have in csk. Randiv's bowling is not suitable for T20. CSK should play either Kulasekra, or Tim Southee or one of the other spinner).

Dhoni isn't bad, but he cannot bat agressively consistently. Lot of hype about Dhoni's big hitting batting is bit of myth & past. To be honest Chennai has underperformed but bcoz they are good side they still manage to win some.
MSD will choose bat first if wins toss while Warne will chose field first if wins toss. So toss will not play a big role.
This match is real test of mental toughness of both captains. I will enjoy the clash between two great captains. On paper CSK is favourite but you can not write off RR.

while wrane is a world class player also dhoni is a club level player simply in team based on luck & captaincy

In chennai CSK will win In jaipur RR will win. It is as simple as that. If CSK replace dhoni with proper wicketkeeper batsman, CSK has better chance.
