Sachin should bat lower down the order
by shubhchintak on May 03, 2011 12:03 PM

Rohit Sharma and Pollard should open the innings as they can score at a fast rate; and not like Sachin who is playing test cricket in a T20 match.

Malinga is the bowler who has rescued MI time and again. Coz 159 is a very decent score -- MI should have scored 180 plus going with the batting lineup. Sachin should forget personal records now.

What else.....
by Ramgarhia on May 03, 2011 07:19 AM  | Hide replies

What else is new?? Gandhu started all that. Nothing new to bring the morale down of Punjabis, which is a norm in Indian movies, sports. Shame on Shiv sainiks and Ram Sainiks and then we call it India. India is nothing but Hindusthan. Let us revisit Partition....and keep it peaceful, regardless of how long it takes to avoid the bloodshed in 1947, nobody cared cared about. India was never one, is not one, and will never be one. The strongest will rule and eventually we'll all be......

why does harbhajan not play for punjab and be the captain as well?

mahatma gandhi, nehru and jinnah were brokers of angrez. the fake gandhis of today are best pals of sardar MMS.

Garhia:

Check your keyboard. It might be despatched from Mumbai.
You must also make it a point NOT to comment on articles involving Mumbai Indians team, matches played on Mumbai pitches, or watch any movie like Singh is King which brings down the morale of the Punjabis.

P.S: First remove the Sardar from PM post as he is doing the worst for the Punjabi morale right now

well done MI,
by D S on May 02, 2011 11:44 PM  | Hide replies

with kochi match. you can see INDIANs have become very mild and dont have thirst for domination to take videsh wickets or to hit videshi bowling hard like the videshis do. the videshis want to dominate somehow. Kudos to bowling by sresanth.
videshis players are selectively targeting desis. both wickets taken for delhi were by videshis bowlers. McCallum gave his wicket to morkel who he hammered lesser than irfan and u yadav.

Bad captaincy by sehwag of getting U Yadav again. Even tyagi if trained well can be better than u yadav. like improvements in Tait and Watson by Warne who used to be like tyagi. Not sure of the role of nagar and irfan in team.

who cares, most likely you are from kochi, not denying that it was great bowling by sresanth.

We know DD bowling has to improve.

Venu needs to be watched because he does not play well against certain teams.

Dude what r u even talking man? Absolutely makes no sense & I cant understand half the things u have typed.
U mean to say foreign batsmen get out to foreign players only. Is that so?
If that is what u meant then its the most humorous comment I have ever read.

Pollard the Man of the Match???
by TZ on May 02, 2011 11:13 PM  | Hide replies

Its shocking to see that Pollard has been awarded with MOM, what he has done? if it is for batting it should be Rayudu who made 51 in just 37 balls and if it is bowling it shold be given to Munaf who took 2 wicket and given 18 runs, why these guys promoting this guy who is useless, why not recognising indian players who is really contributing a lot? shame on BCCI

Ever heard of a concept - All Rounder?

How many wickets did Rayudu take? How many runs did Munaf score?

Pollard the big black monkey from Trinidad. A good for nothing, useless fellow who is overhyped by Neeta Ambani and Tendulkar. What has this guy done ??? i don't remember him doing anything apart from taking 2 decent catches this season. Please encourage our Indian players.. cuz this is the INDIAN premier league.

Jay:

;-)... You should watch IPL. Then you'd know what he has done.
BTW, you'd have enjoyed the two massive sixes hit by Venkatesh Prasad which ensured Mumbai Indians upped their run rate rapidly... Eh? :)
