Don't blame it on mahela

He can only pick a team from the resources available to him.Unfortunately the bowling attack that the kochi team has, is basically an indian one and that is the department where indian national team struggles. So that means the KTK bowling is obviously average. They could have tried the other way around by picking a batting line up that is an indian like one and foreign bowlers should have formed the nucleus of KTK attack.

CSK and KKR could be the two finalists this time.
by Rajan S on May 01, 2011 03:08 PM  | Hide replies

From a neutral point of view , i think MI, CSK and KKR will make it to the semifinals and one spot is still yet to be fixed. It may be RCB or Kings XI. I think this time KKR will face CSK in final. KKR can win it if they can keep their nerves but CSK has the experience of playing in big matches. So they will start as favourites.. For MI, I doubt their ability to play knockout matches and they may choke during the big games

There is still a chance for MI as this time, even if they loose the semifinal, i think still they can make it by beating the eliminator. I dont know about that. If it is the case, then MI can get in to the finals in place of KKR

Why blame Gambhir for playing against Delhi. He was not retained by his own team, and was left open to be bidded. And some clever franchise had bidded for him. This is purely a professional decision and nothing wrong in that. Basically its like Delhi's loss (for their own stupid decision not to retain a player of his calibre) is KKRs gain. Its as simple as that.

Betrayer Gambhir

I appreciate Gambhir's game but his leaving Delhi is a betrayal just for more money. In the past he has always been telling that he and Sehwag are the best opening partners.Even Sehwag left the captinsy of Delhi to upgrade Delhi but without any reason left him alone. This is Sehwag, who is even at the present circumstances braving well for Delhi hat off bravo and Shame Gambhir.

what can he do if he was bidded by KKR, if the DD Franchise really wanted then they should have retained him, in first place
