Unofficial occasion, the captains Steve Waugh, Sachin T, Wasim Akram meet in a social event in which Aussie umpires Darrel Hair & harper were also present. Aussie host of show invites everyone and introduces 3 captains to umpires and rest of audience. Umpire first meets Steve waugh exchange typical handshake and passes some generic comments, smiles and everyone good. Umpire meets then Wasim Akram shakes hands, inquires about his health and smiles. Umpire is then introduced to Sachin Tendulkar the Indian captain, umpire shows grim face and raises the finger above head, says he's out.
Hope people understand the joke and anyone who watched series back then will sure understand.

I do remember this series. This was when Hair and Harper were hell-bent on sending Sachin to the pavilion at the smallest of excuses... the infamous LBW decision when Sachin sat down to a bouncer was one of them

The video is still available on Youtube if you search for it... Sachin - though we all love him - was still clearly out on that ball... He expected a bouncer and tried ducking; but the ball didn't bounce and was headed for the stumps... Watch it!!
