he played with 10 other greats such as Warne/Mcgrath/Steve/Mark/Gilchristto name a few....BUT the Great India played with SACHIN and 10 other just ordinary players and say atleast 8 other very ordinary players. and those who played for seld records have already retired as well.

And helped his team lose against India recently by scoring a slow, wothless century for himself.
All the best for the future. now he will play real cricket. No skipper is achived world cup third time. Look at Clive Lloyds of West Indies. If OZ could have lost WC final match it could have big insult. Instead it is good they lost in quarter final. Now look at your own future and creat great world records in coming years.

Then i think sachin, ganguly, dravid, shewag is a waste players in indian team & not better than gilly, hayden, ponting etc... why can't any team in the world have not won a single match against austalia in world cup in last two editions... ha ha ha because its punters great captaincy THEN INDIAN TEAM IS WASTE COMPARING TO AUSTRALIA'S LAST TWO EDITION SQUAD RIGHT

you dont have to like ponting because you hate sachin.... use your b-rai-n, there are greater batsman and captains than him in the world cricket.... appreciate the true spirit of cricket...
ricky ponting is the GOD OF CRICKET bcoz GOD means who & whom he is in fabour they will not defeated by any apposition. he is real fighter champion above all.
