Though I would like to see SL lose, I believe that NZ will be thrashed like ENG. The tight schedule, as explained in the article, will also be the reason behind this.

absolutely correct.. sri lanka has got a game plan, they will impement it. their wicket is spin friendly, tailor made for their ace spinners.. NZ will find it hard to put up a good total unless and until there is a superlative performance from Vettori's men in black..and rank BAD performance from Sri Lanka

KIWIS STAND NO CHANCE
by damodaran mohan on Mar 28, 2011 02:45 PM

Just because the kiwis beat SA it doesn't mean they can beat SL also.Actually SA is a highly overrarted team, especially in this sub-continental conditions.Kiwis will find SL a totally different proposition playing in their home conditions. The ease with which they outplayed England which is better team compared to the Kiwis clearly indicates Kiwis stand no chance against the SLans. In the Kiwis team only two players,Taylor and N/Mcallum are contributing. May be J/Oram who played the last match may also chip in.But overall they are not combining well.Vettory and B/Mcllum look totally lost. There is no way this team can beat SL with very effective spin attack.

Pakistan player are making pre match pressure in media by challenging Sachin while Indian player looks very cool and clam. In Australian match Ricky Ponting also do the same thing before match

What happen? Australia out from competition

Now it may be Pakistan turn to go home early

I used Einstein's time machine to go a week ahead into future and read some global newspaper headlines:

"Afridi sacked as captain following WC exit"

"Misbah unable to handle pressure against India"

"Pakistan burns effigies of its players following predicable loss"

"Pakistan maintain its impeccable record of losing all WC matches against India"

"Afridi ensures Pakistan retain their losing streak against India in World Cup"

not all the predictions work, but this one seems it will work, btw, why are you so pessimistic? I think you can go dance and leave cricket alone

I think you had read an old post. That was only if England stays away from Premadasa. Now, the world cup winner is India all the way. Get your notebooks.
