bad idea. This move will debar small teams from playing big teams and develop. Once, teams like Sri Lanka and New Zealand were weak, now they have developed into strong teams.

but whats the point if u dont play small teams regularly and only once in wc.. u never have a canada-ireland-india series or something no top board holds such series..how will they develop then..suddenly for WC
cricket is a mind game . even big ones fall..it is more luck and mental games . there are few techniques. even the great sachin fall for 0 often ..hence the craze to win even for mediocre teams like India, pakistan .if it be a real talent hunt, sri lanka must win this world cup .
