Kapil Dev ran backward of Madan Lal's bowling to get rid of the dangerous man Viv Richards. Only one half diving catch was taken that too it was by Syed Kirmani........Author needs to be serious and sure before pending down his thoughts.....liar!

You are right, kapil ran backwards around 30 mtrs, the writers in Rediff should not take the readers for a ride. Yesterday some one writing about military tactics in Indo-Pak semifinal, mentioned Chetan Sharma "had bowled 5 swinging low full tosses" before the historic sixth ball, which also is fully incorrect. Please check your facts and don't take the readers for a bunch of green horns.
