Yes, with all the hype surrounding the match, the Indian team's temperament will play a major roles.
Skills may not play a major role, because if you get nervous you playing skills go down.
In all of India's loses so far they have been close matches and it seems like they have made the mistakes they can make since the top order of Gambhir, Sehwag and Sachin have not been playing together.
The runouts, bowling quality and fielding has been corrected and solved and on paper India looks very good.
The averages of most teams so far in the knock outs have been inflated because of the minnows they played earlier and also spin and not pace is the dominant mode. This is worrisome for India because we hope the bowling attack is not over-rated.
The only way India can lose it if they bring their level down and think too much.
Munaf has to be prepared and should bowl with more variations, slower ones, reverse swinging yorkers, bouncers and the length balls. As a matter of fact, you can bowl six different type of deliveries every over.
Munaf is known for wicket to wicket accuracy and variation is not his cup of tea.
The McGrath-like accuracy in the sub-continent is not enough since bounce and variations in pace and length is also a factor.
I just hope Dhoni and Team have a plan as well for all Pak line up..Hopefully Sachin should win the last feather left in his cap and retire on the best note for an amazing career. True Legend.

I think if all team members perform like last match......it's not difficult to win against any team

Please ask Munaf to be a bit more aggressive, and work with the captain and team management to make himself more effective. Depending on the pitch conditions a third seamer may be included.
EARLIER HE TOLD THAT HE IS SUPPORTING THE CAPTAIN'S DECISION TO BACK UP CHAWLA.I STILL FEEL THAT THESE GUYS RAINA AND ASHWIN SHOULD HAVE PLAYED BETTER CRICKET THAN YUSUF AND CHAWLA IN THE LEAGUE MATCHES....NOW INDIA HAS SOME GAINS FROM THESE TWO PLAYERS FOR THE COMING MATCHES...

earlier games were not important. all major teams were anyway qualifying for QF. there was option to experiment and have more alternatives. but now it is do or die. So from league matches perspective Kumble was right. He is right now also as you cannot experiment in semis.
though asia moslty has flat tracks that is spin frindly non of top spinners of taking wickets like vettori, murlidharan, chawla, ajanta mendis, harbajannor are faster bowlers like bret lee, tait, malinga, morkel. only part time bowlers are effective like afridi, yuvraj exception is zaheer

flat track doesn'r means spin friendly. it means there is nothing in track either for spinner or for quick.

India is mainly in the competitions because of Sponsors whose hundreds of crores of money is on stake, media, flat wickets , bookies and manipulators of the game.
The moment Team India is out of the competition, this world cup will see a shutdown. We had seen how the whole India had gone crazy after 1996 SF defeat and 2007 kick in WI. So, this time the manipulators are not sparing any effort so that Team India reaches till final and they get maximum out of it.
(and its thieves-in-residence such as Pawar) will and can become immensely more corrupt owing to the further increase in popularity for the game in India !
The BCCI will promptly milk the IPL in newer and newer ways and easily succeed in further fooling the common cricket fan !
In order that such a scenario does not develop, may Pakistan beat India in the semi-finals !!

It was IPL effect that Australian bowlers betrayed their captain after taking control at 187/5.

Pakistan has never beaten India in world cup, even if they won the world cup or reached final.
