v all must agree that some of our players are pampered and r in the team because of the influence that they have or paying the board members to include the. the corruption is an open secret. dhoni has the backing of the corporates who have put their money on his head with a crown. surely the corporates are handling this world cup with due help from insiders like gavaskar( the biggest gamblers).if v admit that our bowling is pathetic then r the Australians are having poorer batsmen that they cannot face our mediocre bowlers. relax n enjoy the great tamsha. u n i r not going to get anything only high bp n anxious moments.
dude ponting has won two worldcups for his team still he is been criticized he is one of the best captains any team would ever had thats another thing his ruling period is over but he definetly needs apriciation for his wonderful work and hounarable RETIREMENT
Drop Munaf and bring back Yusuf, so now we have 11 players who can bat.
I have earlier suggested to bring Raina in place of Yusuf that worked I hope Selectors will see this messsage, I have also sent an email to Dhoni's email id about the Yusuf replacement before australia's game.
Bringing back yusuf in place of Munaf works better, because for a second spell atleast we can try Virat to bowl a medium pace.

Perhaps you should send an email to Dhoni to drop himself before Pakistan's game. You seem to have more influence on him than Raina.
The real problem is a clueless captain who does not know how to marshall his resources. Of the seven matches India played so far, our bowlers restricted opposition under 250 runs 4 times, winning all 4 matches. Of the three matches wher we conceded over 250 runs, India won one match comfortably, managed to eke a draw from the jaws of victory once, and lost one match where the loewr order including clueless Dhoni managed to gift seven wickets for 29 runs in less than 10 overs. Unless we dump this useless baggage tagged Dhoni, we will continue to perform on autopilot. Dhoni makes kamran Akmal look like Adam Gilly.

Pawar saheb you are criticizing Dhoni only because he is non-marathi and from a place so dear to sri Raj Thackrey..or else when our great Sunil Gavaskar have praised his captainship and when Sachin the god has shown full trust on the captain who are we..Mind you just before the start of WC when Dhoni was supporting Yuvi, same bloggers were after his blood..Now you see the result 4 man of the match..I agree Dhoni is in pathetic form as far as his batting is concerned, but he not a pure batsman like gambhir, he is ur main Wicket Keeper too, and that way he contributes his other 50%..Yes when Poting can be off form for 18 months in ODI, than Dhoni is not even as great as Ponting for sure...Just chil and do not bring Raj saheb agenda in cricket pls...we all love marathis..they are great people and great warrior of india.. :-)

Dear Badshah, I am glad we agree Dhoni is in pathetic form and not a pure batsman. Much as I like Gambhir and would root for him to be the captain instead, It would be a stretch to call Gambhir a purist either. I also disagree that Dhoni is our main wicketkeeper. I can name a handful who are just as good behind the wickets, and way better in front with the bat. I also doubt that Yuvi is in because of Dhoni's support. Yuvi is in because of his own performance. Players who are in purely with Dhoni's support are the Rainas and Murali Vijays. Pray tell me why Dhoni should be included at all if his form is pathetic ? We all expect nothing short of a miracle every time boy wonder Tendulkar walks on the field. Is it too much to even expect average performance from Dhoni ?

Dhoni can be a destructive batsman on his day. But those days are far and fewer than Yousuf Pathan's. So, if Pathan can be dropped, why not Dhoni be dropped before Pathan ?
Better not read too much, every knows how details you go into...indians have huge abilities, all rounders are many..they can spring suprises..although their may be NO STING as you say..no other team in world has the sting currently in india as a team!!
Currently India have 3 attacking bowlers in the side. Ashwin, Zaheer and Yuvraj. There is one run container like H.Singh. But India is missing one more attacking bowler. Dhoni should drop Munaf and replace him with S.Sreesanth.
Only chink in indian armour is the bowling, but India has the batsmen to win this game comfortably. I don't know why these ex-cricketers raising such hype against such a weak team like Pakistan, even they privately would be chuckling of having a match against present Pak unit, which has injured bowlers, non-performing batsmen and ridiculous fielders.

I think Sreesanth can play. He can be used a wicket taker. Mohali pitch will aid fast bowlers Instead of using him in the early overs he can come on after the 10th over
