pls give such kinda statement after thrsday, rt now it is premature to call WC as boring.....
In an event like world cup, instead of including weak teams, only the top 8 teams in ODI ranking to be allowed to play and they all should play each other in the first round. There need not be any quarter final and the top four can play semifinals. The playing conditions and quality of the pitches should be same for all the matches so that no team will have any undue advantage. All the pitches should be prepared by ICC staff.
Mera Dil Mange India India India as the Cup holder. However,given the batting form of the later half of indian team as also the not much fire power in the bolwling with not so great fielding ability , we cann not be sanguine about India as cup hoders. The overall performance by the team on the day of matches will be the decider though South Africa and Australia has slight edge.
