some posters have mentioned that Dh0bhi has changed....has he?
My answer is NO. Dh0bhi has not changed, he is same-a_mediocre player and overrated_captain_f00l. What has changed is--you have taken off the glasses that you got for free from Dh0bhi marketingmediateam. make no mistake....only a f00l remains c00l when encountered with danger__or_demandingsituation.Dhoobhi is such f00l...whom his marketingteam hyped as kool forcarrying pokerface.
What people have realized recently about Dh0bhi had been said long before by me in my posts two years ago when I blogged here first time.

You keep showing your stupidity. There is a difference between being calm and being cool. sign of a f00l is he has the habit of trying to prove that he is smart...that is what you do. You are perfect example of " Frog in a well". No wonder you are infatuated with another f00l like Dh0bhi.
I do not entertain stupids. This is first and last time I am responding to you. Keep living in fools paradise.

You do entertain yourself, the dumbest fellow on rediff. You are a funny kid. No knowledge, but full of pretense. School boy LG. Stay stupid. :))
Dhoni is not a captain cool anymore. He is playing dirty politics within the team. He thinks he is too smart and he can control the team in whatever way he wants. Because of all this filth in his mind he is not able to focus on batting and loosing the touch that made him Dhoni.

He is still calm. The whole politics thing is a myth amateur indian fans hold dear. If you have some real valid reasons and a real contender, why not. There is no need for Dhoni to be captain forever.

The score was 260-1 in 40 overs and we scored 296 not lasting 50 overs. Team needs Robin Uthappa and R.Ashwin. R.Sharma got more chances than Uthappa for no reason.
Dhoni is under immense pressure... the thing that excerts too much pressure is the pressure of batting and scoring runs!! And also the pressure of thinking how to put the blame on others in the post match press conference...

Varun:
Thanx for the compliments. As the inky "unfoolable" cricket fan you are doing quite well to display traits to the contrary. ;-) I meant Dhoni had fooled you, not NG.. ;-)

lol. You are welcome. BTW Get over your complex. It is ok to goof up pseudo. You don't need to explain it away always. Your hate for dhoni shows up above the whole pretense of logic you present. Only sluightly better than LG :)
It is amazing that the same players engage PR companies to get media coverage when not playing or go any length to get money far in access to what they deliver. The pressure is their own creation & should learn to live with it.
Re: They don't complaint when paid too much?

Would you ?. And still you would complain about the pressure on you at work. Easy when it is about others isnt it ?
My 65 year old housemaid who does not know what to do with the washing machine.
Can anyone remember when he got a half century without fiddling with his bat around. Oh yess, i remember that was when he toured Pakistan and Mushraf asked him to keep his hair style.
Has he become a non-playing captain now, just like Mike Brearley used to do for England in seventies?

lol. Nothing more is expected from a typical indian fan. 4 maro 6 maro kind. Funny comparison though.
The best team for the Indian Team in this World Cup is 1. Sewhag. 2. Tendulkar. 3. Virat Kolhi. 4. Raina. 5. Yuvraj Singh or Gambhir. 6. Yusuf Pathan. 7. Dhoni. 8. Harbhajan. 9. Zaheer. 10. Ashwin. 11. S reesanth.

Dhoni is not only making mistakes, but he is playing dirty, dangerous politics!
The cool, competitive and innovative Dhoni is the ‘Past’. He is now playing cheap politics, even during this important period and only he can say why he does it.
Ashwin is Chairman Srikant’s candidate, hence Dhoni is deliberately keeping him out and try to promote his ‘chocolate’ wonder Chawla.
What he did to Sreesant is even worse. In South Africa, an aggressive Sreesant rattled Kallis with a bouncer and got his wicket. He unsettled Smith with a verbal warfare and got his wicket. But the Captain goes public against his own bowler in the press briefing.
In the first match, he did not tell Sreesant he will be playing it till the start of the play. Then, totally unexpected, he was given the new ball. Excited as he was, Sreesant could not control the ball and leaked runs in the four overs he bowled. End of the story. Now nobody can point fingers at Dhoni for neglecting this bowler, who otherwise would have been a handful against the South Africans. He would have taken wickets, at least to contain his suppressed fury. But Dhoni exactly doesn’t want that.
He has the nerve to criticize his batters, after badly shuffling the order, while he could not make the bowlers understand to stay at the wicket and did not have guts to face as many balls of Steyn & Co as possible, to save that match.

You idiot.. you only remember kallis getting out.. what about the 20000 plus runs he gave away becos of bad attitube, high ego and poor bowling? Bowling 1 good delivery does not call for a place in a team..there is something called as consistency.

India squared the test series in Southafrica courtsey - sreesant 5 wickets in an innings in the match we won.
IF chawla and nehra deserves 3 chances - so does sreesanth. Lets not hide the reality. It may be a figurative speech - when u said 20000 runs. But sreesanth gets that 1 or two wicksts which Nehra does not get inspite of giving away 20000 runs at military medium pace.

Completely agree with u....Chawla was expensive still he supported him but never supported Sree....A captian should support his team members to boost confidence..
Re: Re: Dhoni's politics

Absolutely agree with you. What was even worst was that when the SA fans threw rubbish at Sreesanth while he was fielding in the deep our captain was seen laughing at it. Instead of sending someone else to field in that position, he still send Sreesanth to the same position. There is a video footage in which crowd really abusing him and someones, girl friend was even trying to stop him from abusing so much. Smith's verbal attack on Sreesanth was a strategy as he was lethal in the previous match. Instead of standing by his team mate Dhoni was PJing in the press conference that it is good for the captain, team, opposition, umpires and spectators if Sreesanth controls his cool. I dont understand this idiotic captain. Wish if Saurav Ganguly was the Indian captain then. He would have given it back to Smith and we would have won the tournament. I never liked Dhoni's strategies. He has been a captain with tremendous luck. He makes intuitive decisions which are not based on cricketing merit. How on earth would you toss the ball to Chawla, when opposition needed 29 of 12, who Dhoni himself admitted is short of confidence. Again people were shocked to see Nehra getting the final over. With that stupid decision he wasted an over from Harbhajan who was finally having a good WC game. Dhoni has a dont care a damn attitude. He even said "we will win it for Sachin". Why was that needed? You first win and then dedicate... Unbelievable crap!
