TWO World Cups from 2015

There should be TWO World Cups:
1. ICC Cricket World Cup ->> The Cup should be given straight away to the Team Australia. No more team please.
2. Mini World Cup ->> Rest of the countries (Except Australia) will play and winner will get the cup.
Bcoz, it's Australia who will win the Cup again & again. So, why to waste their time?
