Possible, but dont forget the NRR diff. between England and India is .979 and England only has 1 match left and that too against WI. England can't erase their NRR diff. in one match and that against good team not minnows.

OZ plays against BD, Lanka plays against West In, India against Pak and SA against black caps.

Then OZ against India and Lanka against africa. Then OZ against lanka or africa. winner can be any of three teams who is good on that day.
If Pakistan had lost the way England did to a very bad team, almost all the ICC watchdogs would have started their investigations and probably would have termed the match as fixed already because England is a sacrosanct team no one is going to mention a thing about fixing. Height of double standards, way to go cricket!!

Exactly. Cricket is mafia game. We are lucky to have Tendulkar, Vettori etc. as players. But the management is crony to gamblers. And we analyse with eagerness the beauty of comments of Shastri, Gavaskar etc.

common yaar ... if india reaches quarter finals india will play in motera not in colombo...moreover this indian team is not even goin to enter the semis ....
